Class dismissed. It didn’t take CBS long to decide on the fate of Bad Teacher. The new sitcom has been cancelled by the network.
On Bad Teacher, a former trophy wife (Ari Graynor) masquerades as a teacher in order to find a new man to marry. The rest of the cast includes Kristin Davis, David Alan Grier, Sara Gilbert, Ryan Hansen, and Sara Rodier.
The series got off to a decent start late last month but the ratings have fallen in the two subsequent weeks. The most recent episode drew a lowly 1.3 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 5.73 million viewers. That’s much too low to garner a second season renewal.
It’s unclear at this point if all of the remaining episodes will air. The network ordered 13 installments, has aired three, and still has three more on the schedule. Hopefully, for those who like the show, CBS will keep it on the air long enough for all of the episodes to be shown.

Bad Teacher was a really clever and funny T.V show. I just re watched all 13 episodes and it’s 2018 and it still rocks. The ending left viewers wanting more. A lot of good shows get cancelled for low viewer ratings. I wonder if Netflix could pick it up.

have end and I really like the show if it doesn’t have rating is because all channels and TV is now in online or app tv,is how I got to watch this show and is good to watch after work and you want to relax for and hour
should had kept it, I barely stumbled upon this show and was looking forward to the second season:-(

Yes it was a good show I wish it at least got a full season it was one of the funniest shows I seen in a while this sucks and the show was left at a cliff hanger
I love bad teacher soooo much its a great series I don’t watch it on the telly and so do loads of other people and enyway why cancel this show ratings go up and down dump a crap show not bad teacher !
Bad teacher is an awesome show. You should renew the show. I watch community and nbc dropped it , hulu took over and now yahoo has it. And I think Bad teacher is a better show then the last few seasons of community. 5.73 million watching your show proves its a great show even Dr. Who’s new show has less viewers when it started and when it went up to 5.73 million viewers they took that as a success. obviously you guys don’t know how to handle a big hit show. you big brother shows and reality is a waste… Read more »
