About us

InfoLink Services Limited (ISL) was established on September 13, 1994 through a joint venture company whose shareholders are the four largest banks in Trinidad and Tobago (Republic Bank, RBC, Bank of Nova Scotia and First Citizens). ISL provides elevated, structured and standardized automated banking services, delivered in a timely and efficient manner to the national community. ISL provides several services, which include the LINX service, which embraces the real-time connectivity of customers to their relevant bank accounts at participating banks. This connectivity through your authorized LINX card opens a world of automated banking possibilities for the customer via ATM and point of sale devices, while offering a safe and convenient transactional environment for authorized LINX merchants nationwide. InfoLink also facilitates the automated clearing house (ACH) network, which facilitates the processing and delivery system that provides for the collection, distribution and settlement of electric credits and debits as well as electronically facilitates the exchange of a wide variety of financial transactions between entitled parties. The ACH acts as a central switch and transaction routing facility, providing a record-keeping tool for settlement and risk management for all participants, including the Central Bank.
