The newest edition of our #LifeAtSunExpress video series features Efsane SARIALTUN KAVCI, one of the dedicated Base Maintenance Operations Engineers of our #SunExpress family! As a University of Leicester Aerospace Engineering graduate, Efsane has been contributing to SunExpress with her expertise in aircraft maintenance for more than five years. She is the powerhouse behind our #BaseMaintenance Operations, ensuring that our fleet remains in top shape. With a background in managing C-Checks, Test Sim, Back Test Sim, and landing gear repairs, she plays a key role in keeping our aircraft running smoothly. ✈️ In addition to overseeing maintenance and managing costs, Efsane is committed to process improvement and efficiency. She also enjoys connecting with industry peers through events, seminars, and conferences and values the travel opportunities her role offers. We welcomed 17 young professionals at our #Antalya headquarters for the final stage of our FLY Talent Program, where we offer recent graduates within the past two years the opportunity to be hired across various teams at SunExpress. As we celebrated the third year of this initiative, we were beyond excited to witness the energy and enthusiasm of these new and promising graduates. During the event, our candidates learned about the different departments at SunExpress through informative presentations, participated in group activities, and had a lot of fun! It was a fantastic opportunity for them to experience #LifeAtSunExpress and put their skills to the test.
