Heize is a talented rapper and singer-songwriter from South Korea. She's become one of South Korea's most successful female solo musicians because of her distinctive sound. She has worked with numerous other musicians, and her songs have been well-received both domestically and abroad.
Jang Da-hye, a South Korean singer, rapper, songwriter, composer, and producer, is primarily identified by her stage name Heize. The American rapper Angel Haze served as the inspiration for the name Heize. However, Heize was the spelling that immediately sprung to mind, therefore the name Heize was chosen rather than Haze. She rose to fame after making her debut in 2014 with the EP Heize and showing up on the second season of the South Korean reality show.
Numerous other musicians, including GIRIBOY, Dean, Suran, Loco, and Kush, have worked with Heize. In 2016, her duet with GIRIBOY, "No Way," achieved number two on the Gaon Music Chart.
