Meghan Markle's half-sister, Samantha Markle, has claimed that the marriage between Meghan and
Prince Harry was "doomed from the beginning." Speaking to former GB News host Dan Wootton, Samantha suggested that Prince William had warned Harry about rushing into the relationship, allegedly advising him to "get to know her better" before making any hasty decisions. "Haste makes waste," William reportedly told Harry, according to Samantha, adding that it was advice Harry might now regret ignoring.
Samantha went on to say that the way things have unfolded between Meghan and Harry was predictable and aligned with Prince William's early concerns.
"I think [Harry] is probably wanting to say to his brother, 'Oh my God, you were so right,'" she said, expressing her belief that the marriage's challenges were anticipated by those close to the couple.
Samantha also cast doubt on the possibility of a reconciliation between Harry and the Royal Family, citing trust issues as a significant barrier. "How do you feel that love again where the trust has been so trashed?" she questioned, emphasizing the importance of trust in maintaining meaningful relationships.
In a sharp critique of Harry, Samantha recalled an interview where he allegedly stated he was "never happy" in Great Britain. She questioned how the British public would feel about such a sentiment and accused Harry of allowing Meghan to mock Queen Elizabeth during her final days, calling it "disgusting."
Meghan, during her interview with Oprah, described herself as having grown up as an only child, claiming that the last time she Samantha was around "18 or 19 years ago". Samantha has consistently disputed this claim.
