The Scalers certified as a Great Place to Work for 2024

For the second year in a row, The Scalers has been certified as a Great Place to Work.

This esteemed certification from activated insights is based on employee feedback on a series of indicators that established their perceptions of workplace conditions and trust in the organisation.

To attain the Great Place to Work-Certified™ status, an organisation must achieve a minimum of 70% positive responses in the Trust Index© survey and adhere to stringent audit norms. The Scalers exceeded expectations.

This award comes on the back of the company’s 2023 theme “It’s all about people”, proving they weren’t just empty words. In addition to the internal employee survey, the programme recognises companies offering the most generous total reward and compensation packages among their peers.
