As a beauty brand, we at The Ordinary emphasize the importance of transparency and quality. We seek to make skin care products accessible to everyone. For the SS24 Season, we have partnered with Copenhagen Fashion Week (CPHFW) as the Official Skincare Stylist.

The Ordinary and Copenhagen Fashion Week: Shared Commitment to Sustainability

The Ordinary has made a commitment to transparency. Ingredients are listed up front, and the science behind them is made clear. We apply the same principles to our sustainability goals. While we know that there’s always more to learn and accomplish, we are continually working to determine new ways to reduce our environmental impact.

Sustainability is also an integral part of Copenhagen Fashion Week. All participants must adhere to their sustainability requirements. Some of these requirements include smart material choices and operating a safe, healthy and respectful working environment for employees. We have been talking a lot lately about "Quality Equality"– tied to our belief that all people should have equal access to quality. Over the last 10 years, we have worked hard to prove that quality should not always be defined by price point. Today quality is authentic, transparent, honest, inclusive, and has a deep respect for the planet and people. Copenhagen Fashion Week is a leading example of this new definition of quality.

The Ordinary's Role at Copenhagen Fashion Week

CPHFW emphasizes responsible practices and accessibility. These are two principles The Ordinary holds as well. We seek to provide quality skincare in fashion that is affordable and accessible to everyone who needs it. In between shows, we also held skincare consultations at Arne Aksel, where the official Creator Hub was hosted and offered regimen advice with the help of a few members of our Science Team.

As the Official Skin Care Partner and Skin Stylist of Copenhagen Fashion Week our role was to provide products for select shows like Gestuz, Lovechild 1979, Deadwood, and GANNI. We worked with the team’s makeup artists to align the best products for the models’ needs.
