Sister Wives season 19 brought new dynamics to the entire Brown family, but Robyn Brown's Relationships With Her Ex-Wives Sisters Meri Brown, Janelle Brown, and Christine Brown were complicated from the beginning. Throughout the race Sister Wives, It's clear that Kody Brown and each of his wives have different dynamics between them, as well as each other. While Christine, Janelle, and Meri have gotten over their respective splits from Kody in different ways, their relationships with Robyn have changed in very different ways due to the consistent problems they've faced in the past.
All over Sister Wives In season 19, there were tense moments for Robyn and her ex-sister wives, even though they were rarely on screen together. While Kody's ex-wives have made it clear that they are interested in moving forward in their relationship with the patriarch, the family split like this has been tough on Robyn. As the only remaining wife, Robyn was tasked with defending Kody's actions and trying to communicate his genuine intentions to others, but her loyalty caused her relationships to suffer. Robyn's connections with her former sister wives have been complicated to navigate.
Robyn had a hard time competing with Christine
Both were once the youngest and youngest wife
Although Christine was the first to leave Kody during Sister Wives season 17, she was the second-to-last wife to join the Brown family. While Kody married Meri, then Janelle, Christine was the third to join the plural family and took on the role of the youngest and newest wife in the group. Gaining most of Kody's attention, Christine was a favorite of the Brown family patriarch, but things quickly fizzled out. When Robyn joined the family, Christine felt jealous and the two had this in their relationship from the beginning. Christine and Robyn tolerate each otherbut I don't feel much affection.
The pair rarely get along
While Robyn has always had a somewhat contentious relationship with Christine, her relationship with Janelle has been less enthusiastic overall. Janelle, who is about a decade older than Robyn, didn't find much in common with Kody's younger wife when she joined the family. Although Janelle and Robyn have always been cordial, Janelle cited her control over the family's finances as part of the reason she doesn't get along so well with Robyn.. While the duo is not controversial, they are not friendly either. Janelle and Robyn's relationship was never something either of them tried to foster.
Robyn's relationship with Meri changed drastically
Once close, they basically became strangers
Although Meri and Robyn have been close in the past, their relationship has faced a drastic change since Meri decided to leave the family in 2021. Although Meri has always been a fan of Robyn and an advocate for her marriage to Kodythings changed after a few years. Meri originally welcomed Robyn into the family and accepted the connection she shared with the younger woman, but when Sister Wives star Robyn started getting all of Kody's attention, it was painful.
Meri stuck around because of her sense of loyalty, but It was clear that Robyn also wanted Meri to stay having another sister wife who received much less attention than her. Robyn, who was becoming Kody's only priority, convinced Meri to stick around, despite knowing that she was having her own struggles staying in the marriage and maintaining her self-respect. After Meri decided to leave, her relationship with Robyn deteriorated significantly. THE Sister Wives the stars seem to be far away, leaving Robyn truly alone.
