Stephanie Levac

Stephanie Levac, MSW, RSW, is a research coordinator with Susan Cadell at the University of Waterloo. Stephanie has research experience working on topics such as grief experiences, medical assistance in dying, tattoos, social work practice and end-of-life. Stephanie is also has experience in hospice care. Stephanie has built a career working in both end of life social work practice and research. Stephanie uses her research work to inform her direct practice and uses what she learns from clients to develop directions to take her research work. Posters Stephanie has created have recently been features at palliative care and grief conferences in Ontario, Canada, Montreal, Quebec, Bern, Switzerland and Dublin Ireland. Stephanie is working on two forthcoming manuscripts. Stephanie's social work experience also includes working with adults with disabilities, youth struggling with substance use, and community healthcare.
