I am an applied game designer and researcher currently pursuing a PhD in Intelligent Games and Games Intelligence (IGGI) at the University of York. My PhD research explores the potential of games in facilitating the ‘sensemaking’ of climate actions among university students. Before starting my PhD research, I worked as an independent consultant and designed games in diverse areas such as education, healthcare, entrepreneurship, social safety, accessibility, and sustainability. I have co-founded the ‘Play in Nature’ initiative that crafts playful experiences to connect people with nature around them. I am also involved in teaching game design and user experience design alongside design and research.
