Cody Musselman is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the John C. Danforth Center on Religion and Politics at Washington University in St. Louis. She earned the Ph.D. in Religious Studies from Yale University and has degrees in religion from Harvard Divinity School and Kalamazoo College. She is an ethnographer of contemporary American religion, focusing on the intersections of religion, capitalism, and health. She is working on a book, “Spiritual Exercises: Fitness and Religion in Modern America.”
