I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Dayton (Ph.D.- The University of Texas at Arlington). I hold a bachelor's degree in commerce from Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, India, and a master's degree in economics from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, India. Prior to joining my Ph.D., I have worked as a business analyst at top financial brands in the analytics domain.
My research interests primarily lie in the area of organizational frontline employees, sales and sales management, and services marketing. I rely on using survey methodology and experiments to gain empirical insights for my research. I am passionate to learn about how customers evaluate service and sales processes and how to develop effective business strategies to enhance frontline employee engagement, customer engagement, and customer co-creation opportunities.
