[Newly released] 📘Top CEOs navigate global turbulence by betting big on AI and talent Top CEOs have shown resilience over the last decade as they have backed their businesses to prosper in the face of declining confidence in the global economy, a survey of more than 1,300 corporate leaders from across the world finds. 🗣️"The KPMG 2024 CEO Outlook survey shows global CEOs prioritizing growth through technology investment and workforce development, with a strong emphasis on AI and upskilling for AI readiness. For ESG, more CEOs are now aware of its impact on their business’ reputation and are more willing to take action. However, they should be prepared for heightened stakeholder scrutiny. Regarding a full return to the office, organizations that opt for a hybrid working model may gain a competitive edge in talent retention by offering flexibility.
