I won't regret joining Kid-KATHON. Not because I win the prize, but because I get to express myself in a variety of ways such as innovative ideas, coding, and even communication skills with the team. I would love to recommend young innovators to join this program, this is where you can showcase your talent, willing to learn, and willing to solve problems. No one can destroy you better than yourself, Always try something you never do because you'll never know.
I first heard that the competition was a stem competition in which you code or come up with a solution to solve SDG problems. When I joined I made new friends and learned lots of skills. It was a fun experience since it was free. I also had lots of fun since the whole experience felt friendly and welcoming. I learned speaking and leadership skills. It helps me build character and confidence.
My journey to the YFs Program began with my participation in the Tech For Kid competition, which played a crucial role in shaping who I am today. The experience, along with the support from mentors and trainers, fueled my growth and commitment to making a difference. Opportunities allowed me to meet change-makers and broaden my perspective, significantly improving my social skills. Through participating in various programs and working with diverse groups, I developed the qualities that helped me get selected for the YFS Program. The journey has been transformative, leading me to where I am now.
