the service quality of the private healthcare sector in the Northern Area of West
Bank Palestine. The study involves a questionnaire-based survey, private hospitals, and
healthcare centers selected in North West Bank. The administrative employees are the
population of the study, 200 employees were selected via stratified sampling method. By
using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the findings show that all TQM factors
are positively and directly related to each other in the private healthcare sector. There
is a positive and direct relationship between four TQM factors (customer satisfaction,
employee involvement, continual improvements, and top management commitment)
and service quality, while there is a negative direct relationship between processes and
service quality. TQM factors (customer satisfaction, employee involvement, continual
improvements, processes, and top management commitment) explained 95% of the
variance in healthcare service quality (R² = 0.950, P < 0.05). Continual improvements
is the main pillar in TQM application in healthcare sector, and it is highly associated
with the private healthcare processes (R² = 0.907, P < 0.01), while top management
commitment is the most significant factor in improving the service quality. Full understanding
and commitment by the managers across all levels and activating the effective
communication between employees at all levels in the organization are the key factors
of a successful TQM implementation; it helps in strengthening the teamwork efficiency.
Top management is required to avoid the monotonic managerial practices, especially
in the organizational processes, as it has a negative impact on the private healthcare
service quality

However, it is important to recognize three critical academic issues about principled negotiation. (1) Why principled negotiation and positional bargaining (the method of principled negotiation is contrasted with hard and soft positional bargaining.) emerge, (2) how to deal with principled negotiation in reality and(3)how to make a principled negotiation with theoretical support. This paper is written to study those problems by applying psychological theory of Transactional Analysis (TA). According to negotiation mechanism analysis based on TA, this paper is set up a new SESCO model (Situation-Ego-Strokes strategy –Complementary transaction-Objective) on negotiation. Firstly, identify the ego state both oneself and others in a specific negotiation situation. Secondly, meet needs with each other by exchange of strokes. Thirdly, adopt complementary transaction to get win-win objective.

For this purpose, indicators as GDP per capita, Gross Savings, Inflation, ICT Development Index, Unemployment and Human Development Index were chosen. Excluding cultural, psychological and personal factors (which mainly should be analyzed on microeconomic level), therefore mentioned socioeconomic variables are the same for all citizens of the country. These indicators create an overview of the general situation on the global level and in the developing/developed countries. Also, it makes a sense to identify the relationship between variables not only on the global level but also in the context of income level. So, research is essential to determine the above-mentioned trends in the smartphone market.

R. Fisher, W. Ury (1981) invented the concept of principled negotiation, which was later further R. Fisher, W. Ury and B. Patton (1991) developed but the core idea remained unchanged. According to this study the principled negotiation is also one type of the cooperative negotiation strategy and there is a cooperative oral tactics of business negotiation which by the means of cooperative verbal coding ensures the greatest advantages and has got the similar algorithm to the old, classical AIDA model.

In this paper, we use an empirical method to study the principled negotiation model and develop a questionnaire of principled negotiation. Methods: Firstly, we build a conceptual model of principled negotiation and propose the hypothesis that the principled negotiation model is constituted of four dimensions-the adult-ego people, harmonious interest, creative options, and fair criteria. Secondly, we develop a questionnaire of principled negotiation with the procedures and principles of scientific scale development. Lastly, through a survey of Chinese college students in China and data analysis, we confirm our hypothesis by using item analysis, reliability analysis , and validity analysis. Results: The results of our exploratory research of the principled negotiation model are ideal, and the obtained four-factor model can reasonably fit the data. The validity of this questionnaire is found to be good, and the questionnaire of principled negotiation passes the tests of reliability and validity. Conclusions: The main variables of the questionnaire of principled negotiation were identified by applying a logical approach. The four dimensions (people, interests, options, and criteria) were obtained from the literature and an in-depth quantitative assessment. This questionnaire of principled negotiation can provide a practical guide for negotiators and researchers who wish to use a scientific measuring tool.

E különbségek nemcsak a tagországok eltérő gazdasági fejlett-ségéből adódnak, hanem a sajátos tagállami szabályozásokból is. Travelling in the European member states you will still experience great differences in many areas. These differences spring not only from the different economic states of development, but also from the individual regulations of the member states. We assumed the people using health service provision will consider the system possessing better macroeconomic indicator to be more desirable. We could set up a univocal ranking between the health systems of the two examined countries based on the evaluation of the macroeconomic data related to health care services. This ranking is not always correlating with the satisfaction of the residents in question. In the field of health affairs a role of the increasing importance of the European Union can be encountered. At the same time the formation of the health system and the provision of health care for citizens are duties of the member states.

Fisher, a Harvard law professor and William Ury brought up principled negotiation in 1981 in " Getting to Yes: Negotiating Agreement without Giving In ". For over thirty years, the method of principled negotiation has been the dominant formative approach to negotiation in the world. Since most of the literature on negotiations in an international environment has a common opinion that Chinese culture and Western culture is different on negotiation, this study focuses on their connections from a Chinese perspective. The study begins a brief overview of the Chinese harmony thought and principled negotiation. It is followed by analysis about the connection between the Chinese harmony thought and principled negotiation. Last, this study includes a summary. China is considered a cradle of civilization with 5,000 years of Chinese history, has a systematic thought of interpersonal interaction, so this study has positive significance to promote understanding Chinese negotiation thought and enrich the theory of international negotiation.

The terminology standardization has occurred due to the spreading process of globalization and to the standardization of business. The standardization has led to an unexpected result: instead of unification, it developed worldwide into two parallel terminologies: one traditional terminology connecting to the national cultural area and the new one resulted of the standardization.
The article presents the development of foreign trade terminology, the principles of standardization and the created diglossia divided between usage areas. A case study of a concrete term’s version and its division has been presented by analyzing of Hungarian and foreign trading corpus. In conclusion: the reason for surviving of this parallelism could be the identifying function of the terminology for the local speech community.
