Creating Paystubs with the Wix Paystub Generator

A paystub is a document given to an employee that breaks down the details of their salary. 

Using the Wix Paystub Generator, you can send professional paystubs for your employees. They can also contain information on withheld taxes, social security, health insurance and retirement funds.

To generate and send a paystub:

To generate a paystub, fill in the required fields such as your business details, employee details and salary information. Generate the pay stub and preview it before sending it to your employee.

To generate and send a paystub:

  1. Go to the Wix Paystub Generator
  2. Click Create a Pay Stub
  3. Fill in the fields under the Your Business Info section. 
  4. Fill in the fields under the Employee Info section. 
  5. Fill in the fields under the Salary Details section. 
  6. (Optional) Preview the paystub under the Pay Stub Preview section. 
  7. Choose how you wish to receive your paystub: 
    • Email Pay Stub: Send the paystub directly to your employee. 
    • Download Pay Stub: Download a copy of the paystub to your device.
