Use the link below to send us a description of the issue you’re experiencing with Microsoft To Do. 

In your report, please include the following:

  • The name and model of the computer or mobile device you’re using

  • The version of your operating system

  • The name and version of your browser

  • The version of Microsoft To Do you’re using

    • –  On Windows, click Settings, and then look under About

    • –  On macOS, click To Do > About To Do on the menu bar. 

    • –  On the web, click Settings > To Do Settings, and then look under About.

    • –  On Android, tap the profile icon on the top, then Settings, scroll down to the Help & feedback section and tap on Get Support.

    • –  On iOS, tap the profile icon on the top, scroll down to the Help & feedback section and tap on Get Support.

When contacting support, please also include your session and user ID in your report.  

  • Windows:  Click Settings, and then click Copy Session and User ID.

  • macOS:  Click Help on the menu bar, and then click Copy Session and User ID.

  • Web:  Click Settings > To Do Settings > Copy Session and User ID

  • Android: Go to Settings > Copy Session and User ID

  • iOS: Go to Settings > Copy Session and User ID
