Jordin Sparks released a single called "Unknown", but a bug with the site prevents the scrobbles from being recognized.
More than 1 week after the release and the track has "0 listeners" and "0 scrobbles". In addition to this problem, the album page with the name that appears in iTunes ("Unknown - Single") presents Error 404.
Last.FM has a trigger spam filter, which filters out tracks/albums/artists that have questionable titles. Titles such as "Unknown" or ".mp3" or "Track_01".
I believe Unknown by Jordin Sparks in the queue to be whitelisted.

Yeah, all of these examples have been added and are waiting to be whitelisted (this has to be done manually). Staff has been extremely busy as of late, so it may take a little while longer. Thanks for being patient though and helping out with tracks/albums/artists that need attention.

Where can I find spam filter Last.fm is using for scrobbles? I'm developing a scrobbling app, and it would be great if user knew that some specific words are in the blacklist so the track won't scrobble, probably with an option to fix tags or something. Currently, scrobble filtering isn't transparent enough, which can lead to problems like this.

I reported this issue when the song first released and the problem was half fixed. It appears in the catalogue but it is not tracking scrobbles on last.fm or even or discord bots.\
Hello. I tried to scrobble Track 8 by Public Image Ltd, but I didn't able to do that. Scrobbler says: "Last FM: ignored Public Image Ltd". I've tried to use different scrobbler and to listen this song from another album, and nothing helped.
Furthermore, Track 8 is the least scrobbled song in the album...
