There are so many big artists going on tour now or in the coming months. You’ve got Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, Billie Eilish, and, of course, IU. If you’ve been hearing great things about the singer’s first world tour and get FOMO easily, you have three more chances to see her in concert in North America. But if you’re unsure where to buy tickets and where to get the cheapest prices, leave it to me, a shopping editor, to do all the research so that you don’t have to.
Lee Ji-eun, known by the stage name, IU, is a South Korean singer-songwriter and actress currently signed with Kakao Entertainment. IU has released five studio albums, 11 extended plays (EPs), 47 singles, five single albums, two remake albums, and two compilation albums. The five studio albums include Growing Up (2009), Last Fantasy (2011), Modern Times (2013), Palette (2017), and Lilac (2021). On top of her extensive discography, IU has been on eight concert tours and is currently on her ninth, the HEREH World Tour (2024). Real Fantasy (2012), Modern Times (2013), Chat-Shire (2015), 24 Steps: One, Two, Three, Four (2016-2017), Palette, (2017), Dlwlrma (2018), Love, Poem (2019), and The Golden Hour: Under the Orange Sun (2022) precede her ongoing ninth tour.
The HEREH World Tour (originally titled H.E.R.—it changed to HEREH on April 15, 2024) is the first world tour IU has ever embarked on, and it supports her sixth extended play The Winning (2024). The singer first stopped in Seoul, South Korea on March 2, 2024 and finishes in Seoul on September 22, 2024. The tour goes to Asia, North America, and Europe, with the North American leg ending on August 2, 2024. There are 23 stops in Asia, two in Europe, and six in North America, which comes out to 31 dates total. As if the iconic singer wasn’t enough, supporting acts for her world tour include NewJeans, Riize, Le Sserafim, and Park Bo-gum. Now that is an impressive, star-studded lineup.
Since there are only three more shows in North America, you’re going to want to know how much IU tickets cost so you can secure your seats ASAP. Keep scrolling to discover ticket prices for her remaining North American dates before the tour ends soon.
