With a nod to the existing historical landscape and details that introduce modern elements in newer architecture, this building stands out in the marketplace.
The market-rate residences at 185 Broadway are comprised of studios to 2 bedrooms, with a target audience that will range from young professionals and singles to shares and couples. Commercial/retail and a lobby at-grade and residential amenities round out the 255,000sf interiors program. The 32-story tower also has two (2) levels below grade.
