Lillard became the first player in Bucks' franchise history to record a game with 30-plus points and 15-plus assists, dropping 31 points and 16 dimes in Sunday's 140-129 victory over Phoenix.
Lillard's monumental effort helped fuel a win despite Giannis Antetokounmpo being sidelined by hamstring tendinitis. The 33-year-old matched his personal career high with 16 assists, representing his 11th contest with double-digit dimes on the year.
Beasley is not expected to return to the Bucks for the 2024-25 season, according to Chris Haynes of Bleacher Report.
Even though the Bucks could use Beasley as a floor-spacing threat in the perimeter, Milwaukee can't offer Beasley more than 20 percent above his minimum salary, and the veteran swingman is expected to seek a deal in the mid-level range after ranking among the best three-point shooters in the NBA in 2023-24. Beasley connected on 41.3 percent of his attempts from beyond the arc while averaging 6.9 attempts per game, and those numbers are good enough to earn a bigger deal than a veteran's minimum deal.
The Bucks are actively shopping Connaughton this offseason, Evan Sidery of Forbes Sports reports.
Connaughton is set to make $9.4 million for the 2024-25 season and is a rotation piece who will likely be shipped out of Milwaukee with the team looking for a more versatile player to plug into the rotation. The 31-year-old has been a solid offensive contributor, mainly coming off the bench for the Bucks. However, his defense has been called into question and the team will likely look to add a more three-and-D style player in his place. In six seasons with Milwaukee, Connaughton has averaged 7.0 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists across 22.3 minutes.
The Bucks want to play a more versatile defense next season, which means they may move on from Lopez, Kevin O'Connor of The Ringer reports.
Lopez blocks a ton of shots, but his defense is relegated to protecting the paint. If Milwaukee wants to be more defensively versatile, Lopez may be the odd man out. However, the Bucks likely won't move on from Lopez unless the perfect deal presents itself. In 2023-24, Lopez saw slight declines in most statistical categories compared to the previous season, but he still averaged 12.5 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.4 blocks in 30.5 minutes while starting all 79 of his regular-season appearances.
Antetokounmpo could see more time at center in the 2024-25 season, Eric Nehm of The Athletic speculates.
Even though Antetokounmpo has hinted in the past that he doesn't want to play the position regularly, there's strong evidence that lineups featuring Antetokounmpo in the middle often produce positive results. For what is worth, lineups with Antetokounmpo at center have produced a positive net rating of at least 10.0 points in each of the last two seasons.
Gallinari is being linked with a potential return to Europe ahead of the 2024-25 season, according to Johnny Askounis of Eurohoops.
Gallinari remains more than capable of playing in the NBA for a few more years, but he's been in the league for 16 seasons, so a potential return to Europe is a solid option for the veteran as well. The former MVP of the Italian league has had stints with the Nuggets, Hawks, Clippers, Knicks, Thunder, Wizards, Bucks and Pistons, averaging 14.9 points per game for his career and shooting 38.1 percent from three-point range.
Antetokounmpo is being linked with a potential return to Europe ahead of the 2024-25 season, according to Johnny Askounis of Eurohoops.
Antetokounmpo is currently rehabbing from an Achilles injury. Still, since he'll be a free agent in the summer, it's fair to ponder whether he'd be interested in a move back to Europe. After all, he averaged 4.6 minutes per game over 34 appearances in 2023-24, and he's not expected to have an increased role in the future, regardless of whether he stays with the Bucks or signs with another franchise.
Antetokounmpo, who suffered a torn Achilles after the conclusion of the NBA season, is pushing to return to action in the next six months, Harris Stavrou of SPORT24 reports.
Antetokounmpo is set to be a free agent in the offseason, and it is unclear whether he will draw any interest around the league, especially with an injury of this magnitude. The 31-year-old appeared in 34 games for the Bucks this season, averaging 0.9 points, 0.5 assists and 0.4 rebounds in 4.6 minutes per game.
Beasley could be a free-agent target for the Rockets, Kelly Iko of The Athletic reports.
Houston's front office is expected to be looking for shooting and floor spacing this offseason, making Beasley a good fit. The 27-year-old guard is an unrestricted free agent after averaging 11.3 points and 2.8 made three-pointers a game for the Bucks in 2023-24 while shooting a career-high 41.3 percent from beyond the arc.
Beverley, who's facing a four-game suspension, will be a free agent in the summer but wants to remain with the Bucks, according to Sam Amico of HoopsWire. "Obviously, I want to stay with Milwaukee, you know," Beverley said. "I want to see what goes here. I played well enough in the playoffs to [receive] a little bump. You know, that's the business side of it, so whatever happens with that happens. I loved playing in Milwaukee. Milwaukee was fire."
Beverley alternated between the bench and the starting lineup during the playoffs, and his veteran presence, along with his defensive ability, would be useful in any contending team. It's unclear whether the Bucks want to bring him back, or if they will explore other alternatives in free agency, though.

Lillard is dealing with a right groin strain and has missed three consecutive games, but he could return Friday, head coach Doc Rivers told Eric Nehm of The Athletic. "I think he's closer," Rivers said. "I cannot guarantee that, though...Now that's one injury that if it's not 100 percent or 90-whatever percentile they put him in, then no. With that one, we're just not going to take any chances. It's not worth it."
There's no question the Bucks miss Lillard's contributions on offense, but at the same time, the team is doing the right thing by shutting him down until he's completely healthy. The Bucks need Lillard to be healthy for the playoffs rather than having him available for the final stretch of the regular season, especially since the Bucks have already secured a playoff berth in the Eastern Conference. Lillard is averaging 24.4 points, 7.1 assists and 4.4 rebounds per game this season.
Beasley leads the league with 217 attempted threes from the corners, converting his attempts at a 45.6 percent clip.
Beasley firing 3.1 threes per game from the corners is a tremendous boost to his efficiency, accounting for 44.1 percent of his total three-point attempts on the year. His efficiency is especially impressive in the context of facing a heavy contest on 70.1 percent of his attempts, ranking 11th out of 177 qualifiers.
Washington averaged 21.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, 8.3 assists and 1.1 steals in 31.8 minutes across his final 24 appearances for the G League's Wisconsin Herd.
Washington ranked in the 91st percentile by generating 1.353 points per possession plus assists over that span, while his personal 0.976 points per possession ranked in the 72nd percentile. Washington also compiled a sparkling 3.5 assist-to-turnover ratio with 196 total dimes from Dec. 27 onward. Additionally, his three-point shooting improved to a 43.4 percent clip on 152 total attempts after knocking down just 26.9 percent of 67 attempts across his first 13 games of the season.
