Submit Your Return or Exchange

Click the button above to return your purchase within 30 days of placing your order. All items must be in their original, tagged condition. US customers may not return items marked Final Sale. UK and EU customers please reach out to [email protected] to return items marked Final Sale

 

Customers in the US can choose to create an exchange and to receive their refunds either in the form of a gift card or as a refund to their original form of payment

 

UK and EU customers will receive a refund to their original form of payment.

Drop Off Items

In the US, take your items to your local postoffice, Fed Ex, or an authorized Walgreens.Outside of the US, take your items to the closest DHL Location.

To ensure you receive a timely refund, package each order with their corresponding labels.

Get Your Refund

We carefully inspect all items once your return is received. Returns are subject to a return shipping fee. This fee is deducted from your refund on receipt of your return.

If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, we will gladly accept your non-final-sale items in their original, tagged condition, within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund. Your refund will be issued
in the same form as the original payment with a return shipping fee deducted from the refund total.

 

  • US Customers: $6 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. If you select ‘gift card’ as your method of return payment or choose to exchange your items, the return fee will be waived. The original shipping and handling you paid when placing your order will not be refunded.
  • Customers outside of the US: We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund when we receive your package. Please visit our FAQs for details on the cost of return shipping for your location. If you are returning from the EU or UK, we will refund the cost of standard outbound shipping and handling. Please note, any express shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return at the warehouse for your refund to be processed or your gift card to be issued. ​ 

 

All items are inspected upon return. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny your request for a refund for your returned items (in whole or in part) if any of the following conditions are found: 

  • Products returned without original tags attached.
  • Products showing wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
  • Products are not genuine Spanx items.
  • Swimwear purchases that no longer have the hygienic liner attached and the reusable pouch not included with return.
  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
  • Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase (Customers in the EU or UK please reach out to [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date for assistance with returning items marked as Final Sale).
  • Returns for Panties and Underwear will not be accepted for customers outside of the US. These items will be listed as 'Final Sale' at the time of purchase (Customers in the EU or UK please reach out to [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date for assistance with returning items marked as Final Sale).
  • A partial return of less than all items in a Product that is sold as a multi-item Product.
  • Instances of abuse of the Spanx Return Policy.   
  • Items not purchased on Spanx.com. (For purchases made through a retail store, please return to the original place of purchase.)​ 

 

When processing a return, please note that Spanx is not responsible or liable for any loss relating to items shipped to Spanx in error. Examples of these items include, but are not limited to: ​​ 

 

  1. Personal items
  2. Cash, checks, credit cards, or other financial instruments
  3. Non-Spanx products
  4. Spanx merchandise purchased at a retailer other than Spanx through our online sites (Spanx.com or Spanx.ca)
  5. Spanx merchandise that is not associated with the return being processed​ 

 

A Spanx Return Authorization is required in advance of your mailing of any product to a Spanx distribution center. Our Return Authorization only applies to the specific items listed in it. Additionally, we only issue refunds for the items included in a valid Return Authorization that we actually received in the return package.

Returning or exchanging multiple items from the same order

If returning or exchanging multiple items from the same order, please include all items in the same box and use one return label. It’s important that the return label matches the return content to ensure the appropriate refund or gift card
amount is issued.  

 

Returning or exchanging items from multiple orders  

When returning items from different orders, it is important to create separate returns for each order and package each item using the corresponding return label. If items from different orders are included in the same package, all items will not be accounted for in the return process and the correct refund or gift card amount may not be issued.

Rest assured; we will do our best to handle your return discreetly. 

 

Once we receive your email, if approved, we'll provide you with a pre-paid return label and specific instructions on how to proceed. Upon sending your return to us, you can expect to receive a digital SPANX gift card via email within 30 days.

After your order has been delivered, you have up to 30 days from the order delivery date to start your return. Please drop off your return within 28 days of the return initiation date. If you are unable to send your return within 28 days after your label was created, no worries! You can get a new return label by clicking Start Return at the top of this page and entering your order number and email again. Proceed to resubmit your return. This will take you to a screen to print your new label. You will also receive a new return email.

US customers can create an exchange for a different size or color by clicking Start Return (provided the item you’d like to order is in stock). We will provide you with a return shipping label to return your items and will ship out your replacement item once we receive your return. Interested in exchanging for a different product? When shipping out your exchange order, we refund you in store credit and use that store credit on the newly-created exchange order. Any returns on exchange orders will result in a store credit refund. If you'd like this transferred to a refund to your original form of payment, please reach out to us at [email protected].

 

We do not currently offer automated exchanges for customers outside of the US. To exchange for a new size or color of an item you’ve ordered, please create a return by clicking ‘Start Return’ above. Then, separately place a new order for the new item you’d like to receive. Reach out to [email protected] for assistance creating your return or the new order.

If you return multiple orders in one package, you will be refunded or issued a gift card for the remainder of the items once your package has been received and inspected at our warehouse. We recommend returning separate orders in separate package with the corresponding label(s) to avoid a delay.

Return status

We recommend referencing the return tracking number on your label to check the status of your return. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment with a deduction from the total refund to account for return shipping fee costs. In the US, if you choose to exchange your item or select a gift card as your method of refund, the return fee will be waived.  

 

Exchange status

Once you return your original order using the return label provided by our return tool, your exchange will be processed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order is on its way to you.​

To reprint your label, please revisit your return email and select "Print Shipping Label."  

 

US Returns:

If you are unable to find your email, you can generate a new return label by first canceling your existing return label. To do so, click Start Return  and enter your order number and email. Click "Cancel this Return" in red at the top of the next screen. Proceed to resubmit your return. This will take you to a screen to print your new label. You will receive a new return email with the new label as well.  

 

Returns outside of the US:

Please reach out to [email protected] for assistance re-printing your return label.

If you choose a gift card for your refund, we’ll waive the return fee and issue a gift card for the full amount of your return. As always, you can exchange your item for free!
