Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Updates: Effective January 1st, 2023, per the Inflation Reduction Act, Medicare Part D beneficiaries will pay no more than $35 for a one-month supply of covered insulin products (no more than $70 for a two-month supply or $105 for three-month supply). Medicare Part D beneficiaries will pay $0 copay for adult vaccines that are approved by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). Members who pay more than the above amounts will be reimbursed for the amount they overpaid.
