Aside from its unusually high-intensity playthrough, Smash Drums is a mixed-reality (MR) game with different modes — including single-player, multiplayer, and co-op. This game has five available music packs. If you like the 90s and 2000s pop-rock era, the Pop Rock Legends add-on has five more iconic songs you can jam to, playable only in solo mode. Other music add-ons available in different genres and eras of rock include Hard Rock Legends, Punk Rock Legends, 1980s Rock Legends, and 1970s Rock Legends. 

Multiple languages are supported by this game, such as English, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. The game also supports sitting and standing player modes and touch controllers. However, there are certain drawbacks to this game. For instance, the music available lacks new releases. Additionally, there are only 58 tracks, which can only be expanded through music packs.
