Jen believes traveling to unfamiliar destinations and being engrossed in diverse cultures creates some of the most worthwhile moments in life, in turn, making meaningful connections and cherished memories with others along the way.

At a young age, Jen had the opportunity to embark on trips with family and friends, igniting a lifelong love for exploration. After completing her undergraduate studies at University of Oklahoma, her career in travel began in the airline industry as a first-class flight attendant. This work took her across Europe and North America–while traveling with friends took her everywhere else–before she pivoted into a career in advertising. This work on the international scale helped her hone her abilities to attentively listen to her clients’ unique requests and meticulously execute each project.

With a foundation built on creating an exemplary client experience combined with her talent for matching her clients to the most outstanding accommodations, a new opportunity presented itself. Jen was thrilled to return to her roots in the travel space. Today, her work is focused on ensuring that she creates personalized trips that exceed her clients’ expectations every time.

What has been your most memorable travel experience to date?

I have a difficult time choosing just one travel experience that has been most memorable, but the most impressionable trips share the same common elements: our days are filled with exploration––whether it is visiting the quaint towns of Provence to seek out local artisans or hiking through the lush rainforests of Costa Rica. Equally important, I always have good company at my side to share my meals and unwind with, like the time I was able to experience the ho’okipa of Kona with my husband.

Which destinations are you looking forward to visiting? Why?

The two destinations at the top of my list are Hong Kong and a safari in Africa. The rich heritage and vibrant atmosphere of Hong Kong coupled with its legendary dim sum, peking duck, and egg tarts are captivating. While exploring the vast expanse of the whole African continent may be a significant endeavor, I want to witness the majestic wildlife, cinematic landscapes, and immerse myself in colorful cultural customs offered by a safari in South Africa or Kenya.
