New Jersey is the fourth studio album by American hard rock band Bon Jovi and was released on September 19, 1988 through Mercury Records. It topped the album charts in Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. It went to number 2 in Japan, number 4 in Germany and Norway and number 5 in Austria.
