Vsako srečanje je bilo priložnost za 'aha' trenutke, ko so člani odkrili, kako njihove notranje moči vplivajo na delo, in kako jih lahko še bolj izkoristijo. V velik užitek mi je delati z ekipami, ki so radovedne, odprte za spremembe in imajo močno željo po lastnem napredku hkratnem kreiranju skupne zgodbe. Vesela sem, da sem bila lahko priča njihovemu povezovanju in napredku. Leeann Waddington had previously experienced a Gallup Strengths-based Leadership Workshop facilitated by PeerSpectives Consulting when she participated in the Colleges and Institutes Canada | Collèges et instituts Canada Deans and Directors Institute, offered in Whistler June 2022.
