Ray Rayner (pravim imenom Raymond M. Rahner Queens 23. jul 1919 – 21. januar 2004) bio je američki zabavljač i klaun, poznat po tome što je od 1950-ih do kraja 1980-ih vodio dječje TV-emisije na čikaškim lokalnim televizijama.
Rayner je zabavljački talent otkrio za vrijeme drugi svjetski rat, kada je, služeći u američkom vojnom zrakoplovstvu, 1943. srušen nad Francuskom te ostatak rata proveo u njemačkom zarobljeničkom logoru, nastojeći dosadu kratiti organizirajući priredbe za druge zarobljenike. Godine 1968. je nakratko u reklamama tumačio lik Ronalda McDonalda.
