Molibden kofaktor sumportransferaza (EC 2.8.1.9, molibdenski kofaktor sumporaza, ABA3, HMCS, MoCo sumporaza, MoCo sumportransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-cistein:molibden kofaktor sumportransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
