Hot on the heels of INITIATE, we conducted our exclusive one-day Masterclass for aspiring leaders looking to unlock their potential and learn to empower the talents in their teams. 🚀 Led by May Leng Kwok, participants jumpstarted their morning with fun icebreakers and interactive activities on various leadership styles and how to formulate a win-win approach when collaborating. We also deep dived into leadership traits and why they are critical to a successful business. Through a series of mini games, the class had a chance to practice developing their growth mindset and the winning team walked away with some exclusive prizes! 🏆 To close off, everyone was asked to reflect on their day and think about small, practical steps that they can take to start making an impact at their workplace. A big thank you to everyone who attended our class and we hope that you have walked away with more confidence and knowledge to instill a positive growth culture. Panel discussions have been one of the highlights at INITIATE ✨ Over the past two days, Lim Zuo Han, Senior Business Development Manager at CIPD moderated two engaging panels on talent development. On day one, the panel touched on whether a one-size-fits-all approach works for talent development. Joined by Michael Jenkins, Evelyn Kwek and Afero Eswandy, they discussed the risks and opportunities in talent development strategies and how to navigate managing different personalities and skillsets in the workplace. Earlier today, the panel comprising of Chee Gay Lim, Karen Lee and Azeem Kamarulzaman, FCIPD shared their experiences and perspectives on leadership development strategies.
