The Federal Court has rejected a security for costs application against Bruce Lehrmann lodged by Network Ten and Lisa Wilkinson and stayed the enforcement of the costs order against Lehrmann resulting from his failed defamation case. The results are in — five finalists have been selected for Wotton + Kearney’s 2024/25 Turning Point competition. The 2024/25 competition, which was launched in July, threw out a challenge to the insurance industry’s most creative and progressive thinkers to outline their idea for a white paper that explores and leads the next generation of ideas in the Property, Energy & Infrastructure sector through the lens of an insurance ‘turning point’ market issue.
