We are not only committed to DEI inside our walls, but in the industry as well. In December 2021, MSL U.S. launched 'Time to Face the Influencer Pay Gap,' a first-of-its-kind report quantifying the vast racial pay gap in influencer marketing. Since then, MSL U.K. launched ‘Just Influence’ – a study on the state of influencer diversity and pay equity in the U.K. and in 2023, we unveiled new data identifying critical moments, milestones and barriers in a diverse creator’s professional trajectory.
