We recently had the honor of hosting Emanuele Castellani, 𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘀 𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗖, alongside Jesús Araújo Montahud,𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘀 𝗘𝘀𝗽𝗮ñ𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗺, for a series of insightful roundtable discussions with The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS). The focus was on two crucial topics: “𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀” and “𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀.” These discussions highlighted the importance of nurturing leadership talent and fostering meaningful connections within organizations, essential for thriving in today’s dynamic business landscape. Both sessions were rich in dialogue, with participants sharing experiences, challenges, and strategies for developing future leaders who are equipped to navigate complexities.
