Crowe Singapore came together to celebrate Deepavali, and what better way to celebrate the festivities than through food and fellowship! We enjoyed a variety of delicious traditional Indian snacks, including Samosa Chaat, a popular street food made by topping crispy samosas with curries and chutney, Paneer Sandwiches made by stuffing bread with spiced cottage cheese, and Mysore Bonda, a beloved South Indian tea-time treat made from a simple batter of deep-fried lentils and rice flour. We also enjoyed freshly-brewed Teh Tarik, a popular local beverage made from black tea and condensed milk, poured back and forth to create a frothy, creamy finish.
