  3. The video was recorded probably February 1996, if it was the same day as the Scott Curling Championship, the clip aired 20th Feb 1996. I tried searching for Chevy Top 20 CMT, but their archives for 1996 are really sparse. I came up woth the name of Paul McGuire, host for CMT / Stingray Country Stations all over Canada.

  4. It's not TCT, it's NCN. New Country Network was a Canadian country music channel that was around from January 1995 to October 1996 before getting rebranded as CMT. CMT Canada is still around but they've stopped playing country music and only play sitcoms. A similar thing happened with OLN (Outdoor Life Network).
