For me, Nolan has two sides: the drama/concept side, and the experience side. Some movies are just so good w their concept and the drama they have w their characters and storytelling.
Dec 3, 2023 · For me, Inception is at the top, one of the best films in cinema history - a true masterpiece. Tenet is absolutely brilliant and philosophically deep, a misunderstood masterpiece. Interstellar is the most realistic and visionary space epic of all time. Oppenheimer is Nolan’s magnum opus - the most impressive dramatic biopic ever made.
It's a 3-hour film of an old man talking and you're stuck in your seat, you're hooked and it's a devastating film. 9/10. So my rank is: 1- The Dark Knight. 2- Inception. 3- The Prestige. 4- Memento. 5- Oppenheimer. 6- Batman Begins. 7- Interstellar. 8- Dunkirk. 9- The Dark Knight Rises. 10- TENET. Share Add a Comment.

In no rush to see anymore of his movies. Yea pretty similar for me, Oppenheimer over memento, switch Dunkirk and insomnia and BB and DKR. Should be imho: Inception, Memento, Oppenheimer, Interstellar, Tenet, Dunkirk, The Prestige, The Dark Knight, Batman Begins, Dark Knight Rises. (Haven’t seen the other two).
Jan 11, 2012 · I LOVED Christopher Nolan for a very long time, I loved all his films. In fact before I go any further I'd like to say that I absolutely love The Dark Knight and think it's one of the best movies from the last decade and easily the best super hero film ever, and I can't wait to see Dark Knight Rises because I'm really excited to see him end his trilogy.
