      To register online, you will need your California driver's license or ID card number, the last four digits of your Social Security number and your date of birth. If you do not have a California driver license or identification card, you can still use this form to apply to register to vote.   4. Whittier College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcripts online. You can order transcripts using all major credit cards. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

  5. Online Registration Forms. These forms can be submitted directly online and required approvals will be obtained by the Registrar's Office. Be sure to enter all advisor and instructor email addresses correctly as entering incorrect emails will result in an error or delayed form.

  6. The registration system has access to your entire transcript, accepted transfer work, and test scores. If the prerequisite for a class is not found, you will not be permitted to add the class. Exceptions can only be made by instructor signature (of the intermediate level course) on a Course Override Form that is submitted to the Registrar's Office.
