Kate Boutilier is an American screenwriter whose credits include the animated television series Rugrats, The Wild Thornberrys, Holly Hobbie & Friends, and All Grown Up!, and the feature films The Wild Thornberrys Movie, Rugrats Go Wild, and Rugrats in Paris.
