We had some truly amazing people volunteer their time and energy for The Drop this year. Maybe it's cliché to say we couldn't have done it without them, but honestly—it's the truth, and we never want to take that for granted. 💓 We're incredibly grateful for everything our volunteers did, including (but definitely not limited to): 👋 Enthusiastically welcoming attendees and helping them get settled 🎒Assisting with badges, bags, and merchandise ☕️ Guiding folks to water, coffee, and other key spots 🎧 Ensuring the Ripples ran smoothly 🎤 Supporting the tech crew on the main stage 🪩 Helping out at the side events 🚊 Picking up keynote speakers and making sure they arrived safely in Malmö We are also super thankful for Zhenni, who stepped in as our volunteer coordinator for a second year and absolutely crushed it. She's the mastermind behind putting together this epic team, pouring her heart into making sure the volunteers had the greatest experience—and honestly, she's a big reason why The Drop didn't go up in flames. 🔥 Zhenni, you are the GOAT! We’ve always said it’s the people who come to The Drop that make it so amazing, and this year was no different. YOU made The Drop. Sure, we could have done some things better, and yes, some controversial decisions were made *cough* the attendee list *cough*. But despite all that, you trusted us, showed up, and created an atmosphere at The Drop that was positive, spontaneous, and open. THANK YOU ❤️ We hope you walked away with what really matters: a bunch more relationships, thoughts, and energy to do what you love. We also want to give a huge thanks to our keynote speakers (Richard Nugee CB CVO CBE, Pooja Tilvawala, Kyla Scanlon, & Chido Govera), all 103 Ripple hosts, everyone who organized a side event, and the 64 incredible volunteers for making the day fabulous. xoxo from our small but mighty organizing team. 💃
