We’re approaching the end of our incredible Intro Days event this week! A jam packed three days of inspirational talks and business intel from our leaders. Our new employees come to our Swedish HQ from across the globe, making connections, building community and feeling inspired from our Spotify journey so far. Intro days has the purpose of giving a warm welcome to our new band members and letting them hit the ground running with their careers at Spotify! #lifeatspotify

¡Guau! Livi, our Spanish-language AI DJ is now up and running! Available for Spotify Premium users in Spain, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico and many other Spanish-speaking markets. To create the voice model for Livi we enlisted our own Senior Music Editor, Olivia, nicknamed “Livi”, a Spotify music editor, based in Mexico City, who has spent her entire career in the music industry. In her day job, Livi curates popular playlists on platform and has played an instrumental role in the launch of our EQUAL program in Mexico. Livi will accompany Xavier Jernigan, known to his friends as “X”, who was our first AI voice model for the English version. Don’t worry, X isn’t going anywhere, but listeners can now choose between two languages by two different voices, using a quick setting in the three-dot menu. 💚 #lifeatspotify

This Saturday, we continued our Pride celebrations in Stockholm at our pre Parade Pride Brunch. Not only were we vogue dancing on our roof terrace, but we also got our mini Spotifiers involved in the incredible sense of community and togetherness. Curious to see how it went down? A couple of weeks ago, the Spotify office in Singapore had some guest star appearances from our younger bandmates. The Audio Playground, as we call it, was a burst of energy and creativity, featuring beautiful drawings, a VR experience, and, of course, some impressive drumming skills.
