Big news 🔊 The EQT Transition Infrastructure strategy has made its second thematic investment, acquiring Scale Microgrids, a vertically integrated energy company that designs, builds, finances, owns, and operates microgrids and distributed energy assets in North America. The transaction marks our first North American investment out of our recently launched Transition Infrastructure strategy, which is aimed at scaling businesses that enable the transition to clean energy and a more resource-efficient, circular economy.
