Kick-off for Trainee Project at Trans-Auto AB! A key part of our trainee program is running a collaborative project, and yesterday, the 2024-25 trainee group kicked off their initiative in partnership with group company Trans-Auto. The aim of the project is to explore AI as a business enabler.   AI has the potential to drive significant improvements in operational efficiency and customer experience—both crucial for staying competitive. The project will focus on evaluating existing AI tools for integration into Trans-Auto’s daily operations, exploring AI-driven diagnostic tools, and, in the long term, investigating how condition monitoring technology can be leveraged to strengthen the customer offering at both Trans-Auto and Driveline Solutions.   We are excited to see the fresh perspectives and innovative ideas this talented group will bring, and how the results can be shared and implemented across other group companies. The Axel Johnson leadership program, Axiom, has recently kicked off, and we are happy to see two of our colleagues, Elin Letterblad and Aleandro Azzaro, representing Axel Johnson International in this year’s program. Axiom, designed for future leaders and specialists, has had around 250 graduates since its launch in 2009.
