The Pico de Orizaba or Citlaltépetl (frae Nahuatl citlal(in) = starn, an tepētl = moontain), is a stratovolcano, the heichest moontain in Mexico an the third heichest in North Americae, efter Moont McKinley o the Unitit States, an Moont Logan o Canadae. It rises 5,636 metre (18,491 ft) abuin sea level in the eastren end o the Trans-Mexican Volcanic Belt, on the border atween the states o Veracruz an Puebla. The volcano is currently dormant but nae extinct, wi the last eruption takin place durin the 19th century. It is the seicont maist prominent volcanic peak in the warld aifter Africae's Moont Kilimanjaro.
