A. Raschellà received the M.Sc. degree in telecommunications engineering from the University Mediterranea of Reggio Calabria (UNIRC), Italy, in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree in wireless communications from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Barcelona, Spain, in 2015. From 2007 to 2009, he was a Research Assistant with UNIRC. He is Senior Lecturer with Liverpool John Moores University, UK. His research interests include dynamic spectrum access and management, wireless networks optimization, cognitive radio networks and HetNets.
