Francesco Berrilli is full professor of Sun and Space Climate. He received Lincean Academy National membership in 2014. He has held positions of responsibility in European and national funded projects. He co-directs the Master School in Space Science and Technology and coordinates the Solar & Space Physics Team and the SWERTO: Space-Weather at UNITOV service. He leads Space Weather WGs of the European projects SPARC and the IPS Ionospheric Prediction Service, both financed by the European Commission, and was PI of the ADAHELI and ADAHELI+ solar projects. His research interests include ground-based and space instruments, image processing, solar activity, Sun-Earth connection and space weather.
