Today, we share a glimpse into our welding process by exploring the intricacies behind the creation of a support frame that secures fixtures within the automated welding line. 1. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Following the precise cutting of components in accordance with launch specifications, our dedicated metalworkers meticulously position each piece. This step ensures the welding process aligns flawlessly with the designated parameters. 2. 𝗧𝗤𝗖: After the positioning is done, the technical quality control (TQC) takes place. This step ensures accuracy in the welding assembly, combining human expertise with technological precision. 3. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: In this case, we used the Metal Active Gas (MAG) process. This process is currently the most widely applied industrial welding technique, especially for its ability to deliver unmatched strength and durability. 4.
