Investing in young people is the best long-term investment. 😎 That's why, together with the Bosch Romania Foundation, we have contributed to the development of 26 talented young people in the third edition of the YouthCan Camp! Held between August 25th and 29th, the camp brought together young people from all SOS Children's Villages programs, providing them with the tools they need to build a successful professional future. 👨👩👧👦 With the help of our colleague, Ramona Badescu, Human Resources Manager, participants explored topics such as self-awareness, decision-making, and effective collaboration. It has been five and a half years since Raluca joined Bosch Engineering Center Cluj. During this time, she has taken on various roles in #HumanResources and was recently promoted to Team Leader 🥳. Her journey at #Bosch has been long and filled with challenges - constant changes, a roller coaster of experiences - all of which have shaped her into the professional she is today. "Human Resources work often happens behind the scenes, and you might not even realize we're the ones resolving key situations. However, we are always there, making a significant impact by supporting both our people and the business", Raluca explains. Elevating the Human Resources Business Partner role is one of her top priorities. She is dedicated to strengthening and transforming it into a vital strategic pillar that will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our organization. The global Let's move #LikeABosch campaign made a stop at the Bosch plant in Cluj! 🎉 This initiative invited us to join forces and showcase how we are shaping the future of mobility. 🚗🚴♂️🛴 At the plant, we kicked off a series of mobility-focused activities, and our colleagues were excited to capture special moments with their teams at the photo booth. 📸 In the end, the photos were added to our mosaic wall.🖼️ ️ Additionally, various inspirational messages displayed in multiple areas reaffirmed our commitment to building a new era of mobility. Over the coming weeks, our colleagues will enjoy a series of themed surprises and contests. Our Business and Technology Solutions Center from Timișoara, in collaboration with United Way Foundation and Bosch Romania Foundation, has successfully completed the renovation of a school library in Pișchia, Timiș County! 🌟 We believe in the power of #education and we are excited to support and promote initiatives like this that help children grow, learn, and thrive. Investing in their education and creating a welcoming space for them to explore knowledge is something we deeply value.
