PROS: SuiteCRM has all the features that we are looking for in a lead management software. It also has several great integrations for automating sales force and marketing, managing client relations, and gathering analytics data, among others.

CONS: I have nothing to dislike about the software itself. It works well and has a great interface. I only wish their support team would be more responsive as they have been slow to respond to customers in my experience.

PROS: We are able to deliver the results we want with SuiteCRM. It allows us to manage tasks, follow up on leads, and gain full visibility of our campaigns. It is also very easy to use. In fact, I learned to navigate its way faster than our previous solution. It works well for us and I am satisfied with its performance so far. We get what we pay for and even more.

CONS: We like SuiteCRM as it is in its current version but we would like it even better if it would be improved in terms of load time. Its speed is less than ideal when working with huge files. Despite this, it is still an excellent software for us.

PROS: - Allows you to create your own modules based on your needs - Comes with freely available modules - You can either customize using a modular builder or go for bespoke customization - Best part is it does not ask for any expensive software add-ons unlike others - Out of the box, functionalities makes troubleshooting a lot easier

CONS: - It could be challenging for a new user as he/she may not understand the tweaking of modules - Customization can only be done when the core codes are twisted, which may cause a bad code error.
