PROS: There is a lot to like about SuiteCRM. It is an open-source and it has all the features that most companies need. It offers a great way to stay connected with your clients. It also allows you to gather information about your market through surveys.

CONS: The installation process is more complex than we expected. The software is a little outdated. We wish it comes in a mobile version as well.

CONS: - It could be challenging for a new user as he/she may not understand the tweaking of modules - Customization can only be done when the core codes are twisted, which may cause a bad code error.
