SkyPrep Review

PROS: It was super easy to implement - it did not take a lot of work or an entire team to implement this LMS. I was able to set up all the backend and implement the product for our small organization within 3 months. The support team from sales through account management have been kind and very easy to work with.

CONS: There are little features that could be improved - wish you could tell whether a Knowledge Booster had been sent and completed easier. Would like to be able to set up reminders for completion without needing to send out manual messages.

PROS: My team implementend the platform in a very short time. It guarantees us a top level management of the Learning Management system. It's very easy to produce any report we need and we can take data-drive decisions on every aspect of the training process and the business development in this area of activity

CONS: Nothing to say about this, the new CMS gives great solutions for content creation and management, thus solving a former area of improvement

PROS: Easy to administer. Easy for staff to use. The back end is user friendly. price to feature ratio is excellent.

CONS: Nothing really. Implementation was easy, management is easy.

PROS: Very receptive to the user experience and product enhancements. From a user perspective, it has a clean and uncluttered UI and appearance, and for new learners it essentially requires no onboarding, it is that self-intuitive. Their knowledge base is great, and if I get stuck or forget how to do something, the customer reps are simply fantastic and always there to help and guide you.

CONS: Initially, when we started out, there were some features that were not available that were important to us. We submitted these new feature requests, and in a short matter of time, they implemented these features. We are not a large customer/user, yet we had some unique requirements, so it was appreciated that they gave the same priority to us as other larger customers. What was a con is now a pro.

PROS: The ease of the platform for our staff, ages that range from 18 to 80. The team over at SkyPrep is also always there to answer any questions or assist in any way.

CONS: The app but I only say that because you cannot zoom on a smartphone or tablet. The fact that there is an app is amazing, especially since not everyone has a computer now.

PROS: All of the features are useful to multiple scenarios. We particularly enjoy the Power User feature, the ease of use of the LMS, and the customer support!

CONS: There have been some minor glitches but nothing that our Customer Success Manager, Kayla, couldn't help solve. She gives us time to explain any issues we're experiencing and finds the solution.

PROS: The ease of use of this software is amazing, especially for companies who have a wide range of ages among their workforce. We have had almost zero issues with our employees navigating the platform to complete their training. It has also been great with making training consistent across the board as well as a great reporting tool to keep track of where new hires are at in their training.

CONS: The ILT portion of the system does need some work, specifically with SkyPrep's integration with Microsoft Teams. Our company uses Teams as our main source of internal communication, and we have tried to apply it to the live training sessions but the connection always breaks. We aren't sure if this is an issue on SkyPrep's or Microsoft's side, but that has been one of the few issues we've had since implementing the LMS system to our workforce.

PROS: The Skyprep platform is simple and friendly to use for managers and learners. It gave our company an opportunity to present more professional and engaging content for our staff. Since we started using Skyprep in 2016 we have been able to add additional content and material for our franchisees and coaches. The Skyprep platform is continually improved and enhanced with additional functionality.

CONS: There needs to be one more user level above; Learner, Manager and Administrator.

PROS: Versatility of the platform and ease of deployment once set up and courseware is uploaded,

CONS: Enrollment of business partners is occasionally problematic, however, very quickly and easily resolved.

PROS: It's very easy to use! Amazingly so. It has a lot of features, but SkyPrep has presented them in a way that's easy for learners to use, as well as intuitive for instructors to create and distribute courses. SkyPrep's Customer Service is excellent, I have always had prompt and helpful responses from them.

CONS: I'd like to have more control over the course certificates so that old certificates are always kept when a course is updated.

PROS: I like the ease of navigation for both administrators and for learners. Also, the ability to create multiple courses within a Learning Path, create initial and recurrent timelines, run reports that allow me to drill down to whatever data I am looking for and then pull those reports for training verification is fantastic. Customer support is prompt and thorough as well, Micaela is awesome!

CONS: Have not run across any issues so far. When I've had questions or challenges, support was prompt and helpful.

PROS: Easy to enroll users and and assign courses. Customer support Rep is engaged and helpful. Allows us to track activity easily.

CONS: Notifications could work better for when an assessment is manually graded.

PROS: The software is quite easy to learn/use and helps our team work more efficiently in delivering, tracking, and reporting on trainings. The help feature provides excellent resources for learning and navigating the system (directions, pictures, and links to other resources). The content developer is excellent for categorizing the courses and is very user friendly. The amount of storage provides the capability to store everything in one location. Administrators can make updates to the LMS without having to submit request to SkyPrep or our company’s IT department. Our IT department is completely circumvented with this platform. The help desk is quick to get back with us when a ticket is submitted, and the support is excellent and consistent with very little wait time. They are continuously improving their services and features, as well as provide quick updates and customizations.

CONS: Other than a few extra clicks when navigating to and through trainings, nothing. The program works consistently and the LMS performs every time. If you encounter any unexpected limitation, all you need to do is call SkyPrep and their team will explain possible solutions or work through the limitation to create a new solution.
