PROS: Simple UI experience, which makes it very easy to use and understand the usage for new users. If I compare it to the heavy DocuSign that my company uses at the moment, it feels much easier to use.
CONS: Simplicity has its downsides, sometimes there are things that were harder for me to find because of the ack of tabs/categories in the general framework of the website. I also had problems with searching back old files a few times.

PROS: Mostly straightforward to use, the workflow is simple and effective. It's a solid document management tool, and I've used it successfully creating, maintaining and distributing contracts and agreements for my business.
CONS: Recent changes to the interface made it more difficult to create and distribute signature documents. I would like to see them more streamlined and easy to use. Also, the pricing scheme has changed recently and it caused me to look at several competitors as the product increased prices and shut down the free option.

PROS: The best aspects of Sign-Request is how easy it is to use. I am a Virtual Assistant. I was introduced to Sign-Request by a client and since then I have used it with other clients and recommended it to other Virtual Assistants. I love how easy it is to pick up, it has prompts if I go to accidentally send an agreement without adding signatures and it's colour-coded which makes it so easy to ensure everything is covered.
CONS: I have a couple of different accounts for my different clients. I would love to be able to have the different accounts open in different tabs, but once I have signed into a new account on one tab, then the other tab with the other account considers me to have been logged out. It's a minor problem!

PROS: The quick upload and click to mark the position bit is really handy. We keep sending agreements, NDAs and offer letters every other day and hence keeping a track of who signed and sent the document back is a huge pain. With Signrequest though- the PDF comes on its own- the reminder goes out too and it really saves a lot of follow up time for us.
CONS: Not really problematic but it would be great if the website lists all options are available for Free users too.

PROS: It's easy to upload a proposal or estimate and overlay the signature boxes. I especially like the signature panel UX. They have a delay when using the mouse, which gives a smoother signature.
CONS: Not really, I'm not a fan of the border shadow style, but this is nit picking. It's a great system we use monthly.

PROS: Very straightforward. Used it with my previous contract role. I even never see the actual people in that company. Did everything online with it.
CONS: I think it would be great to have a better user interface (I mean the web design of the website), it may bring a better experience. For me, it is ok to have it this way. Actually the second I just literally double-check it, I realize you guys already working on the new look. Now as a customer, I can confirm that you are making the right move!

CONS: This problem hasn't happened lately, but previously Sign Request would switch between the old layout and the new layout. With the old layout, I had run into issues, but with the new layout, it works just fine.

PROS: SignRequest is probably the most user-friendly tool to obtain electronic signatures. It generally takes all of five minutes to upload the document, add the email addresses, and indicate where signatures, initials, or dates are needed. SignRequest is also one of the few tools that will allow you to use for free if you only need to obtain signatures occasionally.
CONS: I recently learned that SignRequest is not helpful for users that are visually impaired.

PROS: This product really makes it easy to get client responses VERY quickly. They can sign a document with just a few taps on a cell phone.
CONS: Filling out the forms is not very easy, and if there are any changes to a form, a new one must be made. This makes the product difficult to work with. PDF is easier, at this point.

PROS: The templates work quite well although they do take some time, creativity, and intelligence to set up. The alerts may be a tad redundant, but they keep us in the loop regarding what is happening with our contracts.
CONS: Adding users and setting the priority of the routing is not as user-friendly as we'd like to see; that's where the few errors we get arise.

PROS: SignRequest does exactly what it says it does: it requests signatures from parties on documents. There's no added fluff, no crazy add ons, no constant upsells once you buy the package you want.

PROS: I really like that this software is easy to use. It is very intuitive and I don't need to spend too much time teaching our new team members how to use it. SignRequest is convenient in terms of document management, team management, branding, etc. I love that to sign a document I am not limited to a computer, it is super easy to sign using a mobile device. Another feature that I find very helpful is integration with Google Docs. It is super convenient and easy to set up a document for signatures directly from Google Docs.
CONS: It would be super helpful to add some kind of notification so that when a person receives a SignRequest and opens the document using their mobile devise, something would pop-up to let them know that it is possible to adjust the size of the signature. I have been using SignRequest for a few years now and what I noticed is that sometimes, primarily when a mobile device is used to sign documents, signatures may come out relatively small and hard to read.
