SignRequest Review

PROS: If you just have a few document per month to sign this is a great (and free) service!

CONS: I know the things that could be better are actually improved in the payed version. In the free version all what you need to do is good and what i need.

PROS: The best aspects of this product is the ease of use. It automatically brings you to the next signing so you don’t miss anything!

CONS: There are really no problems that I can bring to light at the moment.

PROS: saves a lot of time in the process of close a deal with a contract

CONS: the new interface is kind of odd. i think the old version is much easier to use

PROS: They offer the ability to quickly setup a document and indicate who signs and in what order and then everyone gets a copy emailed at the end

CONS: I really haven't run into any issues with using signrequest

PROS: Mostly straightforward to use, the workflow is simple and effective. It's a solid document management tool, and I've used it successfully creating, maintaining and distributing contracts and agreements for my business.

CONS: Recent changes to the interface made it more difficult to create and distribute signature documents. I would like to see them more streamlined and easy to use. Also, the pricing scheme has changed recently and it caused me to look at several competitors as the product increased prices and shut down the free option.

PROS: It's easy to understand and the design is user friendly

CONS: I'd like to have an immediate signed version of the doc which I can download after submitting it, while usually I have to wait for a confirmation email, which sometimes takes few hours.

PROS: It is easy to learn, straight forward and easily accessible with good internet It is cost and user friendly

CONS: Signed documents are locked in a very short period of time.

PROS: easy to use good UI pretty acceptable cost it's nice that you can look through the history of the documents flow

PROS: The best aspects of Sign-Request is how easy it is to use. I am a Virtual Assistant. I was introduced to Sign-Request by a client and since then I have used it with other clients and recommended it to other Virtual Assistants. I love how easy it is to pick up, it has prompts if I go to accidentally send an agreement without adding signatures and it's colour-coded which makes it so easy to ensure everything is covered.

CONS: I have a couple of different accounts for my different clients. I would love to be able to have the different accounts open in different tabs, but once I have signed into a new account on one tab, then the other tab with the other account considers me to have been logged out. It's a minor problem!

PROS: The quick upload and click to mark the position bit is really handy. We keep sending agreements, NDAs and offer letters every other day and hence keeping a track of who signed and sent the document back is a huge pain. With Signrequest though- the PDF comes on its own- the reminder goes out too and it really saves a lot of follow up time for us.

CONS: Not really problematic but it would be great if the website lists all options are available for Free users too.

PROS: Storing documents for repeated sending and an affordable price for a small business.

CONS: It would be great if it were possible to copy and paste an exact size box of text and it would auto align and center with other ones on that page. Or at least have the option to do that.

PROS: Just the simplicity and easy of use. Very user friendly.

CONS: Being able to have more features to pre-loud signature blocks on templated agreements.

PROS: Super easy to send a document over and get the signatures you need. On the end user side, easy to sign and even emails you a copy of your document.

CONS: I have been on the end user side when there is a glitch and the document won't sign due to failure to sync to the sender's system

PROS: The best aspects of this product is the costs. It is reasonably priced for what you get in return.

CONS: Perhaps the ability to enter details in certain places in documents.

PROS: It provides convenience I can sign documents anytime and anyplace It is a green option-It eliminates the need for paper documents It creates a space to store signed documents

CONS: I haven't encountered any problems or ways to improve this product yet.

PROS: Great customer service, fantastic price, straightforward use.

CONS: Simple QOL fixes that would make it much faster to send each envelope

PROS: Simple UI experience, which makes it very easy to use and understand the usage for new users. If I compare it to the heavy DocuSign that my company uses at the moment, it feels much easier to use.

CONS: Simplicity has its downsides, sometimes there are things that were harder for me to find because of the ack of tabs/categories in the general framework of the website. I also had problems with searching back old files a few times.

PROS: It's easy to upload a proposal or estimate and overlay the signature boxes. I especially like the signature panel UX. They have a delay when using the mouse, which gives a smoother signature.

CONS: Not really, I'm not a fan of the border shadow style, but this is nit picking. It's a great system we use monthly.

PROS: This is so much easier than finding a printer training document signing it and then re-uploading a picture.

CONS: It works great. I really can’t think of anything.

PROS: Very straightforward. Used it with my previous contract role. I even never see the actual people in that company. Did everything online with it.

CONS: I think it would be great to have a better user interface (I mean the web design of the website), it may bring a better experience. For me, it is ok to have it this way. Actually the second I just literally double-check it, I realize you guys already working on the new look. Now as a customer, I can confirm that you are making the right move!

PROS: Quite straight forward to use and prompts for the recipient seem user-friendly

CONS: Can be confusing when more than one document is being sent - there is an option to edit the email for each document and it is not clear if each one should be edited to match the document or if the first email will be sent alongside each document.

PROS: Sign Request makes it very easy for my clients to sign their contracts when they are getting onboarded to our team. The price is also great compared to similar services.

CONS: This problem hasn't happened lately, but previously Sign Request would switch between the old layout and the new layout. With the old layout, I had run into issues, but with the new layout, it works just fine.

PROS: SignRequest is probably the most user-friendly tool to obtain electronic signatures. It generally takes all of five minutes to upload the document, add the email addresses, and indicate where signatures, initials, or dates are needed. SignRequest is also one of the few tools that will allow you to use for free if you only need to obtain signatures occasionally.

CONS: I recently learned that SignRequest is not helpful for users that are visually impaired.

PROS: This product really makes it easy to get client responses VERY quickly. They can sign a document with just a few taps on a cell phone.

CONS: Filling out the forms is not very easy, and if there are any changes to a form, a new one must be made. This makes the product difficult to work with. PDF is easier, at this point.

PROS: it's easy to use and the platform seems user-friendly. We use this product daily and now became very essential for e-signature. I hope they will keep updating and bring new features which will help everyone. Good job guys and keep it up.

CONS: I feel sometimes when the product does not respond or does not sync with the created template. needs needs to look into all small bugs, the overall product has no flaw and works smoothly.

PROS: The templates work quite well although they do take some time, creativity, and intelligence to set up. The alerts may be a tad redundant, but they keep us in the loop regarding what is happening with our contracts.

CONS: Adding users and setting the priority of the routing is not as user-friendly as we'd like to see; that's where the few errors we get arise.

PROS: The process of having a signed document that can be shared with other counterparty in another country and that the signatures are validated without the printing and scanning etc.....is really really useful.

CONS: It takes some time to get used to it the first few times, but on that front explanations or a quick "how to" guide could be useful for the not too nerdy type....

PROS: SignRequest does exactly what it says it does: it requests signatures from parties on documents. There's no added fluff, no crazy add ons, no constant upsells once you buy the package you want.

CONS: None, really. Keep it light and free of clutter is the best advice I can give to the developers.

PROS: Has the same capabilities as DocuSign but at a much attractive price point.

CONS: I have yet to come across any issues to date. It is a very easy product to use.

PROS: Easy to set up. Easy to sent. Notified when the signature has been reveived.

CONS: No problems at the moment.

PROS: Very easy to use, and more affordable than options like DocuSign. I like that it has options for data security, which is important in the tax world.

CONS: It can be difficult to predict size/placement of the dates/signatures/text. The box that you add to the documents doesn't really align perfectly with how the text ultimately appears.

PROS: Our decision to use SignRequest was its versatile integrations with Zapier.

CONS: There is no ability to folder documents for organization and no reporting tools available.

PROS: You can review and sign docs very fast, even outside the office and Makes life and work very easy. The speed at which reviewers receive docs is also lovely. The ability of sign request to allow individuals create signing order also is superb, as presents you with opportunity to make your signing order as it should be in hard copies.

CONS: Slow load with internet connection is low

PROS: easy to use, convenience is the best part. The information was well laid out.

CONS: unaware of cost

PROS: Makes my business run smoother at an affordable cost.

CONS: Wish that they had an iPhone app.

PROS: When using this product, I have the ability to get vital documents signed with my customers that do not live locally or are unable to get to the office and sign important documents for the lender.

CONS: Sometimes the signature does not go on the line as I need it.

PROS: Quick to sign, easy to use and secure. I also was happy to see that when I needed to access my signed document that I could retrieve after signing (for further reference).

CONS: I cannot think of anything at this time that could be improved.

PROS: This products is very useful especially when reviewing and signing of document. It is very accessible and efficient especially to workers and business owners.

CONS: The product is totally fine and perfect for me as I have not encountered any malfunctions.

PROS: People can sign the documents we send them. We don’t have to explain how to use it.

CONS: Interface can be a bit buggy. No organization by project. Sometimes hard to find the right signed documents. Setting up a Signature link is a weird process.

PROS: I love how simple and easy SignRequest is to use. Amazing functions and features.

CONS: I don't notice any problematic elements, honestly. I love it!

PROS: Easy way to confirm orders with your clients. If you need a signature, it is far easier than emailing pdfs for people to print and manually sign/scan/email back.

CONS: There are some documents that get signed but not submitted. If they can generate an email to an incomplete signing it would make it fabulous

PROS: Very straightforward and easy to use. I was able to use it immediately after signing up without need of having to watch any lengthy videos or read a lot about how to use it

CONS: Didn’t have any issues

PROS: I like how reminders are automated to be sent out to those who have not signed yet.

CONS: I wish that it was easier to set a signature space in documents that have smaller areas.

PROS: super easy for the signer to be navigated to the next section

CONS: when I mark where the signature goes, I have to size it each time for the page. It's just a little bit extra work for me to make it look like it fits the document well.

PROS: I really like that this software is easy to use. It is very intuitive and I don't need to spend too much time teaching our new team members how to use it. SignRequest is convenient in terms of document management, team management, branding, etc. I love that to sign a document I am not limited to a computer, it is super easy to sign using a mobile device. Another feature that I find very helpful is integration with Google Docs. It is super convenient and easy to set up a document for signatures directly from Google Docs.

CONS: It would be super helpful to add some kind of notification so that when a person receives a SignRequest and opens the document using their mobile devise, something would pop-up to let them know that it is possible to adjust the size of the signature. I have been using SignRequest for a few years now and what I noticed is that sometimes, primarily when a mobile device is used to sign documents, signatures may come out relatively small and hard to read.

PROS: Very simple to use. I find it easier to e-sign anything now instead of printing and scanning. The price is right as well.

CONS: On long documents that require initials on every page, it would be nice to have some automated way to set that up.

PROS: ease of use, streamlined very cost effective no obligation to a contact
